Savory bread recipe here, HERB FOCACCIA BREAD. Crunchy outside while soft and chewy inside. Good for appetizer or together with your favorite dish. My daughter loves to eat this alone for snacks.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp flaky salt
Herb toppings
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
Herbs 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Additional flaky salt dried thyme and olive oil
Bake for 425F for 30-35 minutes
