Bosnian President Alija Izetbegovic said on Saturday (7/10) that
he doubted the ceasefire due to start in Bosnia on Tuesday would
take effect on time. The president said the ceasefire was
dependent on a number of conditions, some of which had not been
met, including the complete lifting of the siege on Sarajevo and
the restoration of utilities.
