Lonely effort and the power of faith: the story of David and Akram
In this YouTube video, David and Akram are plastering the walls of the house. David complains that he helps everyone but no one helps him. Akram decides to prepare food and tea for David, but David does not allow him and says that he does all the work himself and is annoyed. While David is plastering the wall of the house alone, Akram and David's mother are crying and upset that he is alone. They say that David helps everyone but none of his friends and neighbors help him. Later, David's sister, who is Jamal's wife, enters the scene and David says that his sister has not had any contact with his mother for about two years and does not come to their house. David advises his sister to return home, but she says that she cannot because of King Bibi's wrath. In the end, David finishes part of the job and Akram feeds him.
