Explain the following soft X-ray spectroscopy with common language based on simplified atomic schematic:
XAS: X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy
XES: X-ray emission spectroscopy
RIXS: Resonant Inelastic X-ray Scattering
TEY: total electron yield
TFY: total fluorescence yield
... and briefly other terms often seen in literature...
