2️⃣ Pull ups - 8 reps
3️⃣ Cable rows - 10 - 12 reps
4️⃣ Hammer curls - 8 reps
5️⃣ Cable bicep curls - 10 - 12 reps
Complete 3 - 4 sets of each exercise with 45 - 60 secs rest between sets.
