***Learning How to Prepare Campfire Hobo Packs | Foil Packet Cooking Recipes***
*** Makes Three Hobo Pack Dinners***
~2 Mild Italian Sausages chopped
~3 Potatoes chopped
~2c. Mushrooms cut in half
~1 Julienne cut onion
~2 Carrots diced
~1/2 Green pepper diced
~2t. Butter
~1t. Salt
~1t. Granulated Garlic
~3 Bay leaves (1 per pack)

~Cook Pack on outside coals 15 minutes per side~
~Total cooking time roughly 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender~
