SOME DETAILS of this Full yin yoga class (extra long holds yin):
🔸 If you are new to Yin yoga practice - it is a Static stretching (a form of Restorative yoga) where we don't push, don't pull, but implement surrender and letting Gravity work with our bodies.
🔸 Today we do 75 minute yin yoga class - so I would recommend you to have near 2 blocks and a cushion. Today's class level is Advanced Yin - we do yin yoga extra long holds, the timing for poses 7-8 minutes.
🔸 It is a yin yoga Total Body stretch and with yin background music.
🔸 POSES of this yin yoga class: wide-leg child position, swan (pigeon) position, saddle pose, banana pose, caterpillar (sited folding down), straddle pose (wide leg opening), lying twists (shorter timing), shavasana - enjoy!
