I started yoga long time ago but first few years it was more like physical activity for me.Then I started to dive deeper to philosophy of yoga and found ashtanga.
Ashtanga yoga is a physically demanding type of yoga that moves quickly from pose to pose.What I like about this practice is that becoming not just act of following the sequence but act of self observation.And here is where a big transformation is coming.
You becoming more focused,strong and passionate and most importantly more connected to yourself.
