APPLE BRANDY RECIPE:
5 gallons apple juice without preservatives
½ tsp yeast nutrient - [ Ссылка ]
1 packet of yeast - [ Ссылка ]
1/4 teaspoon citric acid - [ Ссылка ]
1 qt Invert Sugar –2 pounds of sugar dissolved in 1 quart of water with 1/4 tsp of citric acid.

1. Make the invert sugar and cool then add all the ingredients into a sanitized fermenter. Allow it to ferment for at least 1 week until your hydrometer reads 1.000.
2. Distill it if you want to. I'm not a cop.

DOUBLE APPLE PIE MOONSHINE RECIPE:
1 can of frozen apple juice concentrate - or heat 48oz (1.4L) of apple juice until reduced in volume to 12oz (354ml).
1 apple - sliced
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 sprinkle of ground gloves
3 cinnamon sticks
1 thick slice of fresh ginger - bruised
1 pint Apple Brandy - between 40% and 55% ABV.

1. Slice apple and place in a large jar, then add brandy and 1 cinnamon stick.
2. In a sauce pot heat apple juice concentrate, spices and ginger slice until simmering, then turn off the heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.
3. Strain the spiced apple concentrate into the jar of brandy and apples, then seal up and refrigerate to stabilize the flavor if desired.
