Christmas is the season to celebrate with your family and loved ones.
But because of the pandemic, some may not have a chance to celebrate as before or may even be alone on Christmas Day.
Despite the situation, may you still find ways to feel the Christmas cheer.
Remember to always keep safe, stay healthy, and savor the food, enjoy the moments and be grateful but also
find time to exercise and train your body and mind even during the holidays.
