The Deer sequence is part of the Qigong Five Animals Frolic routine. The features of a deer are its gentle disposition, swift movement, love to push with horns, and good at running.
Benefits:
The movements help to strengthen the muscles of the arms, shoulders and back
Stretch the spine and make it more supple
Leg movements help to strengthen the muscles of the legs and give a good stretch for the hamstrings.
