Time management and making the most of my day is an obsession. I rely on Calendly and Google calendar to survive and they are really essential apps!
I recommend @hubermanlab’s podcast which taught me about rhythms and how the mind works so I could optimise my behaviours to be the most productive.
The bottom line is - I get things done because when there is a Blessing, there is a way!
