Migori Governor Okoth Obado now wants a review of his strict bail terms in a case where is charged alongside his two former aide Michael Oyamo and Migori County Government Clerk Caspal Obiero for murdering Sharon Otieno and her unborn baby. In an application before Justice Jessie Lesit, Obado urged the the court to release his passport and allow him to travel through Homa Bay county.
