The newest Elusive Target Arcade finally gives us the ability to unlock the "Ancestral Fountain Explosive Pen". Not necessarily the best item in Hitman 3, but just fun to play around with. Definitely has potential for some interesting contracts. Some things to level 1: The target has two routes, and the movement of the people following the target is somewhat random so dropping the coin sometimes doesn't stop them at all and non-targets end up getting crushed by the chandelier too.
