Indian Vegetable Paratha Recipe Ingredients
2 cup Gehu ka Ata(Wheat flour)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Oragano or Ajwine (Carom seed)
1 Tsp Chilli flakes
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
2 cup Palak finely chopped (Spinach)
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup Milk
1 Tsp oil
Stuffing
250 Gram Grated Paneer(Cottage cheese)
2 cube Grated Process Cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 Medium size Hari Simla Mirch finely chopped (Green Capsicum)
1 Big size Red Simla Mirch finely chopped (Red Capsicum)
1 Big size Yellow Simla Mirch finely chopped (Yellow Capsicum)
1 small size onion finely chopped
1/2 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
2 Tsp Pizza Seasoning
2 Tsp Chilli flakes
2 Tsp Til(Sesame)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
4 to 5 Lasun ki kali finely chopped (Garlic)
3 Tbl sp Stuffing
apply Deshi Ghee Both side
Serve with Tomato ketchup or Dahi(Curd) or Hari Chutney (Green Chutney)
