Mochi Kapampangan| Mix
Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a Kapampangan version of the sticky Mochi with a yummy sweet red bean filling doused in creamy coconut sauce. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pack or 500 g glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup or 91 g sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup or 375 ml water
1/8 cup oil
For the Filling:
1 1/2 cups or 250 g monggo
3/4 cup or 150 g brown sugar
1 cup or 240 ml coconut cream
4 cups or 1 liter water
For the Sauce:
1 1/2 cups or 360 ml coconut cream
1 1/2 cups or 375 ml coconut milk
1/2 cup or 91 g sugar
1/8 cup glutinous rice flour
