Healthy banana halwa recipe
Ingredients : -
Banana - 3
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 1/3 cup
Required cardamom
Salt - 1 pinch
Method:-
Grind the banana into a paste. Add ghee 2tbspn. Add Cashew nuts and roast. Now the Cashew nuts is roasted we can transform into a bowl. Add the banana paste in the ghee. Mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add sugar. Mix it well. Let the sugar melt. Add cardamom powder. Add 1 pinch salt. Add roasted Cashew nuts. Add 1 tbspn ghee. Cook for 5 minutes. After 20 mins it will become thick and the ghee will separate. At this consistency switch off the. Pour halwa into a bowl.
