Gris Charnel Extrait Fragranica Review Credit - Waroway

If you are younger and looking for a fragrance to begin your niche journey, this would be my first recommendation. Not too designer, but not Zoologist level niche. Starts with a creamy fig and cardamom combo with the tea coming out once the fragrance has settled on the skin for about 15 minutes. Dries down to incorporate more of the iris (but not too much), sandalwood, and vanilla. This fragrance sits pretty close to the skin with only the first hour to an hour and a half having any kind of projection/sillage, but it has decent longevity lasting about 7-8 hours. Doesn't have the power of an extrait as advertised, more akin to an EDP, but it smells so good I don't care. Definitely going to be buying a full bottle of this stuff sometime in the future and I can see this being a go-to bottle for the winter, and is easily in the top 10 fragrances I've put my nose to. Try a decant and thank me later!
