One of my favorites, steak and eggs. ⠀

I used @kowsteaks NY Strip kebabs, seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper. They hit a hot skillet for a quick sear, about a minute per side or so. Move the steak to the side, add a pot of butter and drop in your eggs. Cover and cook until the egg are to your liking. Top with more pepper and fresh parsley. ⠀
