Travel writers and vloggers are all over the map about it, with some praising it for its eclectic vibe and others going so far as to suggest that travelers skip it entirely. For anyone wanting to understand Romania, Bucharest is essential. It's alive and real, not dependent on a “tourist attraction” or two for its chops.
