Side by side, not apples to apples.
Reising has been D&T for the scope rail, weaver K-2.5 scope mounted (surprisingly useful, actually) Market prices for these are running $5-6K right now.
Ruger has Kidd trigger, Fostech AA2 folding stock, Kidd bolt handle, headspaced bolt with sharp claw titanium extractor, custom firing pin, Tac-Sol barrel with custom chamber (extra taper to improve feeding and ejection) and cheap brand red-dot. by using the fixed stock, and leaving the 10/22 factory other than what comes in the kit, you can build the whole set up for less than $1K
I shot both at full-size silhouette targets, and the ruger was slightly better at staying on target, not suprising with the lower recoil, but when firing 3-5 shots at a time from either, they were quite comparable as far as shots on target.
Of course, the .45 has more rise (or reis in this case?) but with the .22 bouncing in the stock, really, the accuracy differences between the two were a wash.
