Everyday Porridge with almond butter & chia jam
4-5 portions
1. Ingredients:
1,5 dl oats
1 dl ground flax seeds
1 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dl raisins
¼ ts salt
4 dl almond milk
2 dl almond butter
1 dl chia seeds
3 dl defrosted raspberries
2. Mix all dry ingredients, except chia seeds, with almond milk until well combined
3. Stir chia seeds and raspberries for about 2 minutes
4. Layer with almond butter, porridge & jam in desired glass jars with lid
5. Place in the fridge and enjoy for the next four to five days
