Head Judge on BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing and mental health advocate Shirley Ballas was joined by Bryony Gordon. As an sufferer of anxiety and OCD, Shirley discusses her toolkit for coping with mental health issues.
Shirley explains, “I took the job on Strictly Come Dancing as a platform to talk about anxiety and men’s mental health, and to support charities”. She talks openly about the death of her brother by suicide, and warning signs for someone contemplating suicide.
As the next series of Strictly approaches, Bryony asks Shirley about what the next series entails including how the stars will be able to social distance during these crazy times!
