This is a delightful easy to make recipe for your favorite tea scones. Very ideal for your breakfast or tea times! No oven needed.
Check this video out to see how I make them on a gas cooker/ gas stove, without an oven.
Here are the ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
8 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup Milk
1 egg - beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
A few drops of water to loosen the dough as you knead.
A teaspoon merge or fat to grease your pan
A little flour to dust your pan
