We noticed that prices for food and drinks are much higher this year.

If you like a bit more expensive restaurants Djanny and Flora are a very good choice. Flora has a nice and inexpensive lunch menu if you can read Bulgarian 😀

For coffee and cheap drinks you can go to Condor bar, located not far from Flower street and very popular with foreigners.
