🍰Red Velvet Marble Cake🍰
This decadent Red Velvet Marble loaf Cake is a delicious cake with swirls of light chocolatey red velvet with a springy soft center. 🥰 It is a bit different than the normal red velvet layer cake. 🍰 It’s a red velvet cake meets a pound cake, and the resulting marble cake is rich and delicious! 😍 It is rich without being too sweet. Moist and tender, every bite is light and decadent and delicious. 🤤
(Use Baking Cups & Spoons)
❤️Buttermilk- 1/4 Cup
❤️AP Flour- 1 + 3/4 Cups
❤️Cornstarch- 3 Tbsp
❤️Baking Powder- 1 Tsp
❤️Baking Soda- 1/2 Tsp
❤️Salt- 1/8 Tsp
❤️Powdered Sugar- 1 + 1/4 Cups
❤️Warm Water- 1/2 Cup
❤️Sour Cream- 1/4 Cup
❤️Oil- 1/2 Cup
❤️Vanilla Essence- 1 Tsp
❤️Red Gel Color- 3/4 Tbsp
❤️Cocoa Powder- 1 Tbsp
NOTES:
1. To make 1/4 Cup of Buttermilk, add 1 Tsp Vinegar to 1/4 Cup of warm Milk. Mix and keep it aside for 10 mins.
2. To make 1/4 Cup of Sour Cream, add 1/2 Tsp Vinegar to 1/4 Cup of Fresh Cream. Mix and keep it aside for 10 mins.
3. After about 15-20 mins of baking, losely cover the Cake top with aluminium foil to avoid the top from burning.
