Canvas: 16x20 stretched primed canvas
Brushes: 3/4 inch and 1/4 inch flat bristle, #2 round synthetic
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, mars black, chrome yellow, burnt umber (brown), green oxide, cobalt blue and fire red
Other: chalk, cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint base coat with green
2. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint water with green, yellow, white, black, blue
3. Chalk – Draw outline for ducks
4. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint base coat for ducks with black, brown, white
5. #2 round brush – Paint base coat for facial features with brown, black
6. #2 round brush – Finish facial features with gray (made in step 4), white, red, brown, yellow, black
7. 3/4 inch bristle brush – Paint 1st layer to feathers with black, brown, gray, white
8. 1/4 bristle brush – Finish left duck with black, brown, red, yellow, white, gray
9. 1/4 bristle brush – Finish right duck with black, brown, yellow-tan (made in step 8), tan (made in step 8), white, gray
10. 1/4 inch bristle and #2 round brushes – Paint reflections and debris with brown, tan, white, gray, yellow, light blue (made in step 2), red and dark green (made in step 2)
11. #2 round brush – Sign with black
