➡️I’ve brought the top leg off the table and have stepped over it, this allows me to use the weight of the leg, plus the hamstring to tighten up the LSP and reinforce the manipulation.... it’s technically for the SIJ, but it’s also one of my belt and braces lower back Techniques as you can see!!!
➡️The patient was fully screened off camera, full consent gained prior to manipulation, no red flags or contraindications present.
