I'll demonstrate seven tips I use in my Outlook desktop calendar to be more productive. I'll show how to swap to the calendar quickly using a keyboard shortcut, show multiple months at one time by resizing the navigation pane, change views, work with multiple time zones, use the end meeting early feature, use CTRL to select dates, and send your calendar availability in an email.
