Kashawn Butler leaves magisterial district court in Wilkes-Barre, PA, after his preliminary hearing on an open count of criminal homicide. Butler is charged with violently shaking his 12 week old son, Sincere Butler, after the infant spit up on him after a feeding on Dec. 4, 2011. The child suffered permanent brain injuries and lived in a vegetable state until he died on June 25, 2019. Sincere was 7-years-old at time of death.
