Radek Bak created a simple to follow and delicious garlic king prawns starter dish which can be created in a few minutes. He used 6 King Prawns , pan fried eon both sides, seasoned with sea salt and Wharfe Valley rapeseed chili oil.
Radek has been in his current role at the Corner House Grill in York for the last 8 years. With a total of 15 years’ experience, he has held a variety of positions within the food and drink industry, from outside catering to 2 AA Rosettes restaurant.
