3 Natural remedies we used for relaxing the inflammation in lining of stomach
1) PROBIOTICS - Yogurt/curd 1 cup
probiotics you can take as a supplement also, it will introduce good bacteria to your digestive tract & stops the spread of h.pylori & heals your gut
BASIL SEED/ SABJA SEEDS- 1 table spoon
These are plant compounds called flavonoids, protects your cells from damage and it has antiinflammatory , anticancer properties.1 tsp of basil seeds supplies 15% of RDI for Ca & 10% of Mg & Iron very important to maintain shortfall of diet
HONEY - 1 table spoon

donot have it on an empty stomach, late in night to avoid insomnia.
