Stir-Fried Kangkung with beancurd paste:
1. bundle of kangkong (water spinach )
2 . 2 tbsp of finely chopped or minced of garlic
3. 1 and 1/2 beancurd paste
4. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
5. 1-2 tbsp water
6. 2 tbsp oil for frying
7. chili (optional)

8. IT TAKES 5 -6 MINUTES ONLY for perfect tender and soft kangkong texture without
losing its greeny color
9. *taste before adding salt. the beancurd paste is a bit salty and the oyster sauce
10. *adjust seasonings to your taste
