For today's video, I'm going to be trying out the new DLC for HOI4, No Step Back, which reworks the supply system, the officer system, the weather system, adds a new tank designer, and adds new focus trees to the USSR, Poland, and the Baltics. I decided the best thing I could do would be to conquer all of those other nations and form a grand Lithuanian Empire under the great Baltic Unitary State!
