Unfortunately the reel arrived with scratches and i had to sand it. The seller proposed that I should wait for him to make another spool, but it would take a long time, as he had 495 units for sale I proposed that he remove the spool from one of them and send it to me, but the seller replied as follows:"Sorry，we can't remove it from our reels, will need to make it seperately,sorry". As the seller did not want to cooperate I chose to return the product, but Aliexpress informed me that I should pay the shipping fees, however, the shipping fees from my country to China are not feasible, they may cost even more than the product itself.
Conclusion: Aliexpress did not refund me and I did not receive a new spool. I still hope kastking sends a new spool.The product arrived on 12/27/2021 so far kastking has not sent the spool.
