The new 2017 HP comes with an array of love or hate features that first made an appearance on the 2015 Les Paul models. These consist of Auto Tuning Machine Heads, Zero Fret Nut and the Quick Release Scratch plate. Some new features for this year include a Quadruple Flame Maple Top (++++), Burstbucker Pro Pickups and genuine Mother of Pearl in-lays on the fret board.
