SUV Snowsport Utility Snow Plow - Redneck Engineering - (feat. 2015 Kia Sorento) Snow Plowing Made Easy is a how to video offering a different way for snow removal in the winter. We have been using this same lightweight aluminum snow plow for over 10 years now on the back of our 4WD SUVs and it works great. At the time we purchased the plow, they were not recommending rear use on an SUV but they have since started advertising SUV use with a Reese hitch. Just lock the Reese hitch attachment in place, lift the personal utility plow over the bracket arms and you can finish your drive in no time. You don't need a truck and heavy plow to clear your driveway but if you plan to put it on the front of your truck, they now have an electric lift for trucks. This plow is designed for personal use and is not heavy duty like a steel Western plow would be so you won't want to use this for large jobs or commercial use, but it will work great for smaller jobs as long as the snow is not real deep or heavy. Caution: Your SUV is not designed for plowing snow and damage to the engine, frame, exterior, etc. will likely NOT be covered under warranty or insurance so you will want to use this at your own risk.
