Joffre Lakes is easily one of British Columbia's most beautiful hikes, it's a steep climb up to the middle and upper lakes but well worth it. The lakes are very cold, around 4-6c so while you can swim you need to be careful.
This is a popular hike and during the peak summer season you need to get a free day pass to enter the provincial park, you can order them online at BC Parks.
Remember to pack out what you pack in and leave no trace!
