This tutorial is the first in a series that show you how to use my Trimble SketchUp Ruby Script plugin called CutList Bridge. As its name implies CutList Bridge permits quick and efficient cut list creation by exporting SketchUp dimensions and other key component attributes to a .csv file. This .csv file can then be imported into CutList Plus fx or any application supporting the comma-separated-file format, such as Microsoft Excel and Open/Office.
