Ingredients:
50 ml water.
10 g gelatine.
Leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes.
400 g currants.
80 g sugar.
Bring the mixture to the boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Add the gelatine.
Stir until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
100 g Savoyardi cookies.
50 ml water.
10 g gelatine.
Leave to stand for 7-10 minutes.
400 g sour cream or Greek yogurt.
60 g powdered sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
Stir until smooth.
Melt the gelatine in the microwave or in a steam bath.
Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Place in the fridge until completely hardened.
Garnish with blackberries.
