President Paul Kagame has once again noted that the Covid-19 Pandemic has been a lesson for Africa on the importance of promoting and developing the culture of striving for homegrown solutions for the different challenges the continent has continued to face. The Rwandan Head of State made the observation on Wednesday, while virtually chairing the 39th Session of the African Union Development Agency Heads of State and Government Orientation Committee. The African leader also observed that the Continent is on the right path when it comes to addressing the many problems that her people have continued to struggle with.
