6x WNBA All-Star Skylar Diggins-Smith breaks down a great drill for players to work on a hesitation move and change their pace when attacking downhill.
In this drill players will receive a pass from the Dish and dribble planting their left foot, opening up and turn their hips to attack downhill. Players will then shoot a variety of different shots like downhill finishes, and pull-ups.
This is one of Skylar's favorite hesitation moves to use in games. Try it out!
