Balkan Cheese Pie ( Gibanica

Denes si naprsviv Gibanica na moj nacin so gotovi kori ,
Upotrebiv
500 g kori
6 jajca , 1 l sol,500g urda
300 g feta sirenje , 200 g kiselo mleko ,1/2 l soda b,
250 ml kisela voda ,100 ml maslo

This is Traditional meal made in Macedonia
It’s made with Fillo dough

Recipe is
500 g fillo dough

Filling
6 eggs
1 tsp salt
500 g cottage cheese
300 g feta cheese
200 g yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
250 ml mineral water
100 ml oil

For brushing
Oil

Description
Mix the filling altogether

In a baking tray, brush with oil ,
add parchment paper on the top ,
and put 3 fillo sheets on the bottom , brush it with oil ,

put the filling on it ,add 2 more sheets on the top ,
put the filling on it again, and do that till the end ,

and the last 3 fillo sheets, just put it on the top brush it with a oil ,
And add a little bit of the filling on the top.

Bake it on 375° for 30 minutes or until golden Brown ,

cut it and serve it with yogurt or feta cheese ,or just like that ,
