EG Daily is actually named Elizabeth Ann Guttman who was born Sept 11, 1961 in Los Angeles, CA. A multi talented artist, she sings, acts (she was in "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" and "Valley Girl") and has a healthy career as a voice actor, most famously as Tommy Pickles in "Rugrats" and Buttercup in "Power Puff Girls". Her first single was "Say It, Say It" produced by Jellybean and Stephen Bray who had been working with Madonna at the time. The song topped the disco/dance survey for one week in the spring of 1986. Giorgio Moroder produced her followup "Love In The Shadows" that peaked at #6 the same year. Her dance single "Mind Over Matter" was produced by the powerhouse trio Stock-Aiken-Waterman and had Debbie Harry singing the theme song from "Summer School" starring Mark Harmon. Harry's vocals were scrubbed from the track and EG Daily went in and did her version that peaked at #7 in 1987. Harry's version was never released but there is an audio tape promo that you should seek out and listen to. Check out her website at [ Ссылка ]
