We finally got a chance to process our pumpkins that we harvested. We cooked the pumpkins in the oven then blended the flesh of the pumpkin to make pumpkin puree. We also saved the seeds from the pumpkin and roasted them in the oven for a nice snack.
We froze the pumpkin puree in 2 cup packages to use later in recipes.
