This flow is on a little beach near Lamai in Ko Sumui, Thailand.
The theme is the flow of waves. Connecting the rhythmic and soothing sound of the waves to your breath and your movement.
A slow flow practice to build breath awareness allowing you to drop more into your parasympathetic nervous system, stimulating calm, healing, down regulating and nuturing.
