Hakka Stuffed Tofu or Yong Tau Foo with pork mince is one of Hakka popular dishes.

You can also use fish paste to replace pork mince.

I use the excess pork mince mixture to make Lor Bak or fried bean curd.

Both fried dishes go so well with hot plain rice.
