The pāṭhaśālā teachers have been the Kendra bindu (central figures) in fostering positive relationships with everyone involved. They encouraged and requested the families of enrolled students to extend their studies, ensuring that students could complete their Veda adhyayana, including Samhita poorthi, krama, jata, gana, varna Krama, and śāstrās. Their supportive and reassuring words and ability to instill confidence were crucial in helping students complete their Veda adhyayana. These dedicated teachers ensured the responsible and efficient conduct of the #Veda adhyayana in the #patashala. While others contributed through various kainkaryam (services), the teachers took on the primary responsibility from the time of student enrollment. They interacted with families and assisted as needed by coordinating with administrators or through their efforts. Their bhakti, śraddhā, and Sevā Bhāva ensured the continuity and success of these pāṭhaśālās.
