PHIVOLCS downgraded the earlier 7.3 magnitude earthquake to 7.0, which also hit different parts of Luzon today at 8:43 a.m.
PHIVOLCS recorded instrumental intensities in cities near Abra, with Vigan City having the highest intensity of VII. It is followed by Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Dagupan, Cagayan, Baguio, and Pangasinan with intensity V. Intensity I was reported in parts of Metro Manila.
