Yoga Exercises with My Special Friend
In this video, I have a special friend that will do yoga exercises with me. We will begin by doing some basic warm up exercises. From there, my friend will go behind me and stretch my back while I am in the "seated fold" pose. Next, my friend will lie on her back and I will take each of her legs and stretch it upward. The next exercise, we will both do a variation of an "extended puppy" pose. We will stretch out our backs and torsos. The last part of the routine, we will do a "frog" pose. This will also stretch your back. To finish out the routine, we will do a "hero" pose and do some cool down exercises with breathing.
